In organising this next Christmas party, we thought we would make our guests stand out for the evening so, we decided to revive the neon trend, which was pretty huge not too long ago.

We thus kicked the regular corporate Christmas celebration up a notch and turned it into a glow in the dark, neon Christmas party, pulling out, you guessed it, neon themed party supplies. Pretty awesome, right?

We started off by illuminating the bar with black light bulbs to recreate the old discos effect, decorated the place with LED balloons filled with helium and added colourful glow and LED accessories as party favours. There were, neon party hats, glow sticks in various shapes, LED lit headbands, fluorescent maracas, foam sticks. We had a dark photo booth for light painting and a mobile photographer.

Our guests were entertained by a very cool cover band and DJ while our hosts prepared the most amazing cocktails.

So, we turned on the black lights and let the fun activities begin. We organised a creative t-shirt design contest with prizes. All the guests were given a glowing bracelet upon arrival, out of which 20 were marked. We provided the white t-shirts, plenty of textile, neon highlighters, the glowing accessories and the scissors while the lucky guests with marked bracelets were invited to grab a t-shirt and blow us away with their unique creations. The most inspired drawings and messages were awarded.

To sum it all up, we danced, we listened to good music, took a lot of pictures, made good use of all the neon accessories, and most of all, we had loads of fun!
