The end of the year is one of the busiest but also, most rewarding times of the year. We get to display our most innovative ideas at their fullest.
It is very well known that a theme can help add structure to the décor and activities as well as tie the event altogether, creating engagement among the participants and many photo opportunities.
So, one of the events we prepared late November for our 800 employees client and one of the best events yet had the City of the Future theme.
We worked with cold colours complemented by architectural lights and LED elements. We extend the concept by adding illuminated silhouettes of buildings as centrepieces and building shaped cut outs throughout the event space.
La piese de resistance was the starry dance floor, whose lighting varied depending on the music type.
The guests were welcomed by hostesses dressed in futuristic outfits and invited to the LED bar to taste some of the special cocktails with dry ice, served in colourful chemistry tubes.
During the evening, LED jugglers entertained the participants with their stunning tricks, 2 face painters created outer space looks, while some of the most well-known and loved local bands took care of the smooth rhythms and all night dancing. And, of course, the themed celebratory cake was an absolute delight.
Great night, amazing turn out, amazing energy.
