Before Christmas Eve, our entire team was involved in organizing a large-scale event for a FMCG client. For the first time, we planned a corporate Christmas party for 500 participants, with 3 bands and more than 20 vendors.
We developed a creative concept- TransformersLand- where every guest become a new person, more creative and relaxed. The location, Terra Events Hall, was animated by the decorations which made our guests to feel like in the Wonderland: big balloons, helium balloons in the shape of candy, awesome chess pieces and fluffy clouds.
Andi Moisescu was present all night to make sure that everyone will have fun. Zdob si Zdub, Mahala Rai Banda and Cristina Kiseleff delighted our guests with traditional rhytms and create an authentic atmosphere. Dj Antenna entertained the participants until 5 o’clock in the morning. Moreover, one of the greatest bartenders in the whole world, Luca Valentin made an Flair bartending show and invited people to taste from his drinks.
We are proud to deliver such a big and important event and most important our client was very pleased.
