Certification of ISO 9001 is considered to be an approach based on process management organization and has a more logical structure, customer focus and evaluate its satisfaction and top management commitment to continuous improvement.
Early this week, we extended our Certification to ISO 9001 by implementing Quality Management System requirements in all areas of the business: from people and services, to facilities, equipment and training methods.
According to the Certification of ISO 9001, the advantages of Quality Management System certification are: increasing customer satisfaction, credibility and confidence in the quality of services, creating a framework for continuous improvement, clear definition of responsibilities and authorities, improved internal and external communications, more efficient use of resources and reducing the cost of non-compliance.
Reaching these high quality and management standards is only one step in the continuous improvement of our team.
