In April our team was conducted by magic. We had to do 4 events in 5 days and it was fun. An event coordinator is an ordinary person but when is necessary he can become a wizard who can make the clients, the vendors and all the team happy. Our four events were different and very important so we involved all the accessories of a magician.
First event
The first event was an international meeting organized by our FMCG Client. We had 60 guests from 6 countries, a 4 days conference, one team building and a private dinner. All the event was held at Sheraton Hotel, for two members from our team the hotel was their home for a week. You can read more about this event here.
Second event
Our second event was a press conference for German National Tourist Board, where more than 40 journalists and bloggers discovered the latest news about Germany as a travel destination. They found out that Germany is ranked second in Europe as a destination for Romanian tourists. Also they had the opportunity to meet the new German Ambassador in Bucharest, HE Cord Meier-Klodt who had an inspiring speech about the most beautiful German cities.
Third event
We had another team building for our FMCG client. They had fun at Acacia Village. A great place near Bucharest. They had two days conference and a bartending workshop.
Fourth event
This was the cherry top for our busy week. The event was held at Diplomatic, a great and creative location. It was a night event, with artists, dance and lots of entertaining elements.
At the end of the week all our team was happy and very satisfied. When you love what you do you can always be a magician.
