In June 2015, Travel Communication Romania had the pleasure to organize a series of creative events for AIR FRANCE KLM, the private healthcare operator Euromedic Company and the global airline alliance Skyteam. We offered our clients memorable experiences in the shape of corporate events, workshops, concerts, and even adventure activities.
Workshop AIR FRANCE KLM
The event took place on the 4th of June at Bohemia Tea House and was addressed to AIR FRANCE KLM reselling agencies. The participants were engaged in a workshop and were presented the top travel destinations for 2015 along with the airline company’s full offers, pricing trends etc. Everyone involved, from representatives of the airline company to agencies and travel bloggers, was delighted by the cosy atmosphere and delicious appetizers offered by Bohemia Tea House.
Rebranding Event Affidea
On the 9th of June we organized a rebranding event for our new client, Euromedic Medical Center, which became part of Affidea, the most successful pan-European medical service provider. More than 100 members of the Euromedic Company attended the event held at Palace Hilton in Bucharest. The event consisted in speeches given by the company’s representatives, followed by an interactive multimedia contemporary dance and an Amadeus quartet concert.
Private concert Analia Selis for AIR FRANCE KLM
In order to promote the offers to Argentina, a South American exotic destination, we organized an entertaining evening for our client, AIR FRANCE KLM. The mission was to offer our guests a piece of authentic Argentinian culture through a private concert by Analia Selis, Razvan Suma and Julio Santillan. The event took place on the 11th of June and had as a venue the Center for Creation, Art and Tradition Teatrelli, being attended by representatives of travel agencies, bloggers, journalists, top clients and other special guests.
The Romanian representatives of Skyteam, the second biggest airlines alliance embodying 20 airlines worldwide, chose us to organize their 15th anniversary on the 29th of June 2015. The event aimed to offer an exciting experience to each of the 80 participants, tourist and ticketing agents, who enjoyed an active day in the nature, in Comana Adventure Park. The evening ended with a special dinner and various prizes offered to the most competitive and active participants.
