Summer events are tricky when dealing with hot temperatures and city boredom. So, when we received the task of organizing 4 company dinners, we immediately suggested locations either at the outskirts of the city or totally out of it (maximum one hour drive from the city center). A lovely location on the shore of Snagov Lake was the winner, combining both an interior glamourous design as well as lovely outdoors with direct panorama over the lake.
The inside was set up in order to enjoy air conditioning, a relaxing set up and many activities for people to have fun.
The outside was set up to encourage people to relax, have a drink and enjoy the wonderful view over the lake. Palm trees and the lake created the atmosphere of a summer resort and not a location just 40 minutes drive from the city.
At the inside the DJ pumped some great music, people had fun with a Magic Board animation, took pictures at our photo booth and happily participated to some entertaining contest using a Wii Just Dance device and a giant Jenga game.
When the evening came, we lit up some outdoor cocktail tables and the entire image of the location was amazing.
